Consultation
First of all, please feel free to contact us.

Current status survey

Plan proposal
We will create a basic plan after listening to the customer's request in detail, including lifestyle. We will make an estimate based on the plan and consider budget allocation while listening to the opinions of our customers.
4.
Contract
The contract will be made after you are satisfied with the basic plan. At this point, you will be required to pay 50% of the total construction cost as the first construction fee. After signing the contract, we will start the implementation design.
5.
Construction
After obtaining approval for the implementation design, the construction will be started by our own factory and our own craftsmen with solid skills under the supervision of our own site. During the construction period, you will be required to pay 30% of the total construction cost as the second construction fee.
6.
Delivery
We will ask for confirmation and approval of the completion of construction. In the unlikely event that a defective part is found, we will carry out repair work and ask for confirmation and approval again. At this point, you will be required to pay 20% of the total construction cost for the remaining construction work for the third time.
7.
After-sales follow-up
Even after the construction is completed, we can promise prompt after-sales follow-up by our own factory and skilled craftsmen.
